Knee pain isn’t just uncomfortable; it can be totally disruptive to your daily life. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating age-related body changes or just deal with consistent aches, we spotted a cordless heat and red light therapy knee massager that reviewers credit for relieving knee pain and improving their range of motion so they can get up and go more freely. Deemed “excellent relief for aching knees,” it’s a great supplemental product to your body care routine, and can even be used on your shoulders or elbows as needed! And today, it’s made even more enticing by the Labor Day sale price: just $50 when you clip that on-page coupon!

The adjustable massager can be used 15-20 minutes per session, relying on vibration and heat to soothe your knees, elbows and shoulders. With three vibration modes, three heat settings and five red light levels, this machine is designed to gently shake out your soreness, while easing tightness and boosting circulation.

Simply use the adjustable straps to find your perfect fit, select your settings from the device’s screen and relax as the massager works its magic. Whether you use it on your knee, shoulder or elbow, the brand says you can use this for up to three times daily.

“First of all, just used this once since I received it yesterday,” explains one reviewer. “I can say that even with the first 30 min red light and heat session the swelling in my knee was noticeably decreased and allowed a larger range of motion in the bending of my knee. Excited to keep using this daily for the next couple of months to see (hopefully) a complete lack of swelling after strenuous cardio workouts.”

Others say the machine is helping them get more steps in and move around more comfortably.

If you’ve dealt with knee pain, you know how challenging it can make walking and moving. Fans say this small but mighty device is helping them increase their range of motion in their knees, making walking less painful.

According to a user named JK, they “love the way my knee feels while using this, and after 2 weeks of faithful use, going up and down steps is becoming pain-free. Definitely the one product that was so worth the money and hopefully will prevent knee surgery.”

“I had had a total knee replacement 8 months ago, with lingering swelling and pain and discomfort,” says another user. “A friend recommended that I try using the Red Light therapy. Thank God, I took his great advice! I purchased this unit and use it twice a day. The vast comfort I have received from this is amazing!”

“I’m a 70 year old woman who takes daily 3 mile walks and works out with kettlebells 2-3 times a week so I need knees that don’t hurt but occasionally my right knee tweaks out on me for apparently no reason, I stepped wrong or slept wrong etc. That is super annoying as I can’t take a walk or do squats etc. with a knee that is sore and tweaked so I have to take a few days off to rest it so I thought of a brace while I rest it and came upon this while searching and thought I’d give it a go. This brace is great! There are 2 adjustable straps for fitting, it’s cordless and the charge lasts a long time, several uses at least, and the red light covers a large area of your knee. There is a battery level display so you won’t be surprised by an unexpected shutdown. There are several settings for light intensity, massage, and heat, plus a timer and a lock for the settings. And best of all – it works really well! Instead of being off my feet for the best part of a week, this last time I tweaked it my knee felt better after a couple of days using the brace while I watched TV so I was able to resume my exercise routine sooner. And added bonus it can also be used on an elbow or shoulder, an extra extension strap is included for fitting on a shoulder and unfortunately my shoulder also bothers me occasionally. I’m glad I took the chance and bought this, it’s worth the price and more versatile than expected.” — Dslsurfer

“My husband is using this for a knee injury and likes it so much I began using it after hand surgery. The combination of red light, heat, and vibration provide a lessening of pain and an increase in mobility and range of motion.” — Jan

“I bought the dual pack and am very happy with my purchase. I use both at the same time at my desk and it is a relief. Has controls for heat, red light intensity, vibration and time. The icons are easy to follow and can remember the last settings that were used, and the instruction manual is straight forward. It also comes with straps if you want to use it for shoulder or elbows, which I want to try at some point. There is also a USB-C cable that is included with each massager for charging.
I work commercial AV, so I am usually on my feet lifting heavy equipment or crawling around for cable management. My knees have been through it for years, I already feel a difference in the short time I have used it, but it will be a daily use from now on.
Overall, I am extremely impressed on this purchase and would recommend anyone on the fence that this is a great product and won’t have any regrets.” — Jacob

“My husband has been using this set every night for about an hour before bed, and he’s noticed a big difference in his knee pain. His knees feel much better and more comfortable, and he’s actually sleeping better at night too. He’s made these part of his nightly routine now and has been really happy with them. Definitely worth trying if you deal with achy knees!” — Elisha Allen

The Real Deal: We use deal trackers and commerce experience to sift through “fake” hike-and-drop deals and other deceptive sales tactics. Products will usually be rated at least 4 stars with a minimum 15% discount. (And when there’s an exception, we’ll tell you why.)
