Connecting the bike using bluetooth with my Quest 2 VR headset and an exercise program I find exercising enjoyable. I am not sure if this bike would be for the committed biker but for somebody like me it’s excellent. I am currently doing 30 min a day. Sometimes twice a day. “I got this bike to help in rehabbing after my knee replacement. It can be difficult to get out and walk with various wether conditions, and a treadmill is too large for my apartment. This fits in the space very well, and we can move it easily. I’m also about to go back to work full time as a truck driver. I think this may even fit in the sleeper of the truck to help me stay fit out there.
