Occupying the top 14 floors of Vattanac Capital Tower, Rosewood Phnom Penh soars over 600 ft above the capital’s central Monivong Boulevard and Freedom Park. Offering unobstructed panoramic views of the city, as well as the Mekong and Tonle Sap Rivers, the hotel is located in the heart of the central business district and provides guests easy access to some of Cambodia’s most historic sites. Featuring 175 rooms and suites, six food and beverage establishments, a fitness center and an indoor lap pool, the hotel is also home to Sense, A Rosewood Spa. The luxury hotel was intentionally located in the city’s most iconic skyscraper, presenting itself as a symbol of the new Cambodia.

Guests enter at street level and are whisked up one of four elevators to the sky lobby on level 35, which is also home to the Living Room, Brasserie Louis, the Patisserie and an ever-changing Art Gallery. Adjacent to the lobby, the Living Room is the perfect place for Afternoon Tea or a light bite in the evening, with floor-to-ceiling views overlooking the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. Through the Patisserie, one enters Brasserie Louis, with its equally impressive views. It is here that an elaborate buffet and à la carte breakfast are served, in addition to lunch and dinner, offering menus of French comfort food and Cambodian favorites. All of Rosewood Phnom Penh’s dining outlets offer fresh ingredients from premium local suppliers, as well as the Hotel’s very own Hydroponic Garden, located on level nine of Vattanac Capital Tower.
