At Zhan Liang, conveniently located in basement one of the adjoining Vattanac Mall, the spotlight is on Cantonese, Sichuanese and Northern Chinese cuisines and is home to a beautiful Tea Library offering a selection of 60 premium teas sourced from across the world.
Last, but certainly not least, is Cuts, the Hotel’s premier steak and seafood restaurant which boasts a wine vault; an open dining concept and private dining suites.
