Positioned close to the shoreline with ocean, lagoon and sunrise views, each Beach Villa caters to three adults, or two adults and two children under 12. Interiors have grown to a total of 754 square feet, while exteriors extend to 3,068 square feet. With privacy walls and beachfront lots, each villa is truly a tropical oasis.

Notable highlights of Kuda Huraa’s new Beach Villas with Pool include a fresh and inviting aesthetic with a palette of sea- and sun-inspired hints of teal, turquoise and tangerine. The redesigned layout improves flow and functionality with a bright porch leading to a light-filled ensuite bedroom with a study, dining area and a window-side daybed framed by ocean views. A reconfigured walk-in closet offers seamless bathroom access. All Beach Villas have an outdoor shower garden and some have family rooms.
The stylish architectural and interior design elevates the beach aesthetic with high-end designer pieces like the B&B Italia armchair. Contrasting materials, textures, and soft, organic lines enhance visual depth while architectural curves integrate each structure into the surrounding environment.
