The Lotus Thermal Leggings were introduced due to high demand, and make those winter workouts slightly more bearable thanks to the product’s fleece lining, no chafe leg panelling, pockets to stash your keys and phone and high waist design.
In 2022, the label’s founder, Lorna Jane Clarkson gave us a rundown of her workout regimen, and you better believe she’s wearing her own kit.
“I love to mix it up, strength training, pilates, HIIT, yoga, hiking. I used to be a cardio girl, with high intensity, high impact workouts every day, but I have come to love low impact workouts,” she told Body+Soul.
“I usually train strength twice a week and yoga three times a week with a walk in the morning and evening but it all depends on how I am feeling.”
And the Lotus range takes you from weekday to weekend seamlessly, which is a big plus if you too live in activewear.
“I like to go for a walk or spend time at the beach earlier in the day,” she said. “The night consists of planning for the week, whether it be food, exercise and meetings. I like to be organised and feel prepared for the week. This is followed by some family time and relaxing before the big week ahead.”
