    La Peer Hotel

LOS ANGELES, CA. – La Peer Hotel of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants announces the appointment of Larry Bryant as Director of Sales & Marketing. As La Peer Hotel enters a new wave of modern, refined luxury with updated guestrooms, reimagined public spaces and curated lifestyle offerings, this strategic hire reinforces the hotel’s focus on innovation and market growth, further positioning it as one of the most sought-after destinations in West Hollywood.

In his new role, Bryant will lead all sales and marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving revenue, fostering sales goals and building strategic partnerships that deepen the hotel’s connection to West Hollywood’s cultural and creative communities. His leadership will be instrumental in achieving business objectives and creating refreshed, strategic plans, ensuring the property is primed for continued success and long-term growth in a competitive market.

“Larry’s approach to market growth is not only data-driven and strategic – it’s also incredibly human,” said Ryan Parker, General Manager at La Peer Hotel. “His expertise in luxury hospitality, paired with a deep understanding of sales strategies, brand visibility and market intelligence will be a game-changer as we craft a new chapter for La Peer that’s bold, refined, and deeply resonant with today’s traveler.”

With more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Bryant brings a dynamic mix of tactical skill and visionary leadership. Most recently, he served as the Director of Global Sales at citizenM hotels, where he directed the sales strategy and managed a global strategic account portfolio, driving $10M in contract renewals within a single year. Prior to that, Bryant held Senior Sales Manager positions at top Los Angeles-based hospitality brands and hotels, such as Thompson Hollywood, Tommie Hollywood, Mondrian and Dream Hollywood. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Motel Administration and Management from Michigan State University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, photography, fashion, exploring the arts and caring for his 70 houseplants.

Nestled within one of LA’s most stylish corners, La Peer Hotel has long been a sanctuary for design, fashion and culture lovers. With fresh leadership at the helm, guests can expect service with more intention, guest experiences that satisfy and surprise, and a deeper cultural impact that extends beyond the hotel and into the local community of West Hollywood.
