    Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has announced the appointment of Chef Sunil Kumar as its Executive Sous Chef

    A seasoned culinary professional with over 18 years of diverse experience in luxury hotels and fine-dining establishments, Sunil brings with him a creative flair and an in-depth understanding of global culinary trends.

    In his new role, Sunil will be responsible for leading the culinary operations across the hotel’s multiple dining venues, ensuring consistency in quality, innovation in menu planning, and delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

    Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, he held the position of Executive Sous Chef at The Park Hotel, Kolkata, where he was instrumental in implementing efficient kitchen systems, driving team performance, and launching a new menu that significantly enhanced customer satisfaction. His career also includes key roles at renowned properties such as Park Hyatt Dubai Creek Resorts, Andaz by Hyatt New Delhi, Taj Bengaluru, and others.

    A graduate in European Culinary Management from IMI Switzerland, Sunil is also certified in advanced food safety supervision. Known for his passion for local ingredients and sustainable cooking practices, he brings a thoughtful and modern approach to the kitchen.
