Amanah Saham Bumiputera 2 (ASB2) unitholders will receive a dividend of 7.05 sen per unit for the financial year ending 31st March 2018. The dividend is higher than 7.5 sen dividend dividend paid in 2017.

The dividend will involve a payout of RM562.9 million, which will benefit more than 348,000 unit holders who currently hold 9.4 billion units.
The income distribution will be reinvested in additional units of ASB2 and be automatically credited into unitholders’ accounts on 2nd April 2018.
ASB2 transactions at all branches and agents nationwide will be suspended in between 23rd March to 31st March 2018 to facilitate the calculation of income distribution. Unitholders can update their investment books starting from 2nd April 2018.
The calculation of the income distribution is based on the average minimum balance held throughout the financial year of ASB2.
