But if you follow instructions it works like a charm. Don’t use it on medium to high pile carpet. The motor will overheat. (There are plastic mats you can get to avoid that). If the belt moves to one side it’s no big deal. It’s super easy to adjust and the instructions are clear. Make sure you lubricate the belt as recommended (even a bit before you start your first walk). Keep in mind this isn’t your “Gym/Cardio” treadmill.
