Swinging with Purpose — How ‘Swing 4 A Cause 2025’ Has Turned a Game of Golf into a Lifeline for Children

On August 4, 2025, the manicured fairways of Trump National Golf Club in Colts Neck, New Jersey, echoed with more than the thwack of golf balls and polite applause—they resonated with purpose, generosity, and community spirit. Swing 4 A Cause returned for its second year, and it proved to be far more than a golf tournament. It was a celebration of hope, healing, and humanity.

What began in 2024 as a bold partnership between Your Local Lenders (CrossCountry Mortgage) and Eat Clean Bro blossomed in 2025 into one of the region’s most heartfelt charity events. Together, these two local powerhouses—both deeply rooted in community engagement—reaffirmed the idea that doing good can also be a whole lot of fun.

“We are honored to have hosted our second annual “Swing 4 A Cause” golf outing to benefit the Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation. We hosted 144 golfers for 18 holes and 30 women for an immersive clinic on the most beautiful, sunny day! We even had a special patient, Teddi, come to share her story and success with us.” — Kayla Giovinazzo, Creative Director at Eat Clean Bro

The mission behind Swing 4 A Cause has always been straightforward yet profoundly impactful: to raise critical funds for Children’s Specialized Hospital (CSH), part of RWJBarnabas Health and the nation’s leading provider of specialized pediatric care. Children from birth through age 21 receive life-changing treatment at CSH for conditions that often require long-term, complex care—such as brain injuries, spinal cord trauma, developmental disorders, and behavioral health challenges. These children and their families navigate some of the most difficult journeys imaginable. The hospital gives them hope. Events like Swing 4 A Cause make that hope possible.

Building on the success of its inaugural year, Swing 4 A Cause 2025 exceeded expectations once again. Passionate golfers, generous businesses, and a community filled with heart came together to create an atmosphere of joy and purpose. The energy on the course was contagious, and the impact unmistakable—every swing, every contribution, and every act of kindness directly benefited children and families in need.

While the day offered friendly competition, laughter, and unforgettable moments, what truly stood out was the spirit of giving. Attendees didn’t just come to play—they came to make a difference. From inspiring conversations about the hospital’s mission to the overwhelming generosity shown throughout the day, the event highlighted what happens when a community rallies behind a cause greater than itself.

Swing 4 A Cause is powered by two outstanding organizations whose commitment to service is both genuine and inspiring. Your Local Lenders, through CrossCountry Mortgage, has long been a trusted name in the mortgage industry, educating and empowering borrowers while supporting community growth through advocacy and outreach. Eat Clean Bro, meanwhile, has made clean eating not just a lifestyle but a mission. Their dedication to supporting Children’s Specialized Hospital and combating food insecurity has shown that business success and social impact can—and should—go hand in hand.

For those who could not attend, support still poured in through raffle donations, event sponsorships, and generous gifts—all of which went directly toward helping children receive the life-changing care they need.

In the end, Swing 4 A Cause 2025 was about far more than golf. It was about showing up—for kids, for families, and for a future where every child, no matter their health challenge, has access to world-class care and unwavering support.

Every swing mattered. Every dollar helped. And together, this remarkable community proved once again that there is no greater victory than giving children the chance to live their healthiest, happiest lives.

And that, truly, was a cause worth swinging for.
