Radisson Hotel Group has announced the elevation of Faisal Nafees to the position of Senior Regional Director, West & South India
With over 25 years in hospitality, Faisal has been associated with Radisson Hotel Group for over six years. Faisal served as the General Manager of Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala, where he successfully positioned the resort as an ICON Hotel within the Radisson Hotel Group (South Asia) portfolio.
The property is celebrated for its exceptional service standards, creative F&B concepts, and immersive guest engagement programs. His achievements have earned him the prestigious “Center of Excellence” General Manager Award from Radisson Hotel Group multiple times.
Before his current role, Faisal spearheaded pre-opening projects for Radisson Kufri and Radisson Resort Goa Baga. His career also encompasses leadership roles with several of the world’s most esteemed hospitality brands, including properties affiliated with Small Luxury Hotels of the World and recipients of the prestigious Michelin Key award. He also oversaw multi-property operations for Lebua Hotels & Resorts across India and Thailand. At Lebua Bangkok, home to Michelin-starred dining venues, he led one of the world’s most acclaimed food and beverage programs, collaborating with renowned chefs and driving both revenue growth and operational excellence.
Recognised among Asia’s Top Hospitality Icons and a multiple-time General Manager of the Year, Faisal continues to champion innovation, sustainability, and people-centric leadership in hospitality.
