The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace has announced the appointment of Aditya Kaul as its new Director of Sales and Marketing
With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Aditya brings strong expertise in sales leadership, commercial strategy, business development, market positioning and hotel pre-openings across leading international hospitality brands.
Aditya has built his career across leading hospitality brands, with significant experience at Marriott International, where he progressed through various sales leadership roles across the Bengaluru market after joining the organisation in 2014. Prior to joining The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, he was associated with Sheraton Colombo Hotel, where he played a pivotal role in the property’s pre-opening commercial operations, establishing its sales, marketing and reservations functions. During his tenure, he focused on strengthening the hotel’s commercial strategy, developing key business relationships and driving growth across corporate, wholesale, group and catering segments.
Earlier in his career, Aditya was associated with JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, where he contributed to the property’s overall sales strategy, strengthened relationships with key corporate partners and supported business growth across diverse market segments.
In his new role at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Aditya will lead the sales and marketing function with a focus on driving sustainable business growth, strengthening the hotel’s market positioning, fostering strategic partnerships and enhancing its overall commercial performance.
