Kanchan’s journey in hospitality spans over a decade and a half, beginning with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts and progressing through leadership roles with reputed brands including Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and Grand Mercure Mysore. As a core member of the leadership team during the hotel’s pre-opening phase at Novotel Goa Panjim, Kanchan has played an integral role in strengthening operational structures, enhancing service standards, driving guest satisfaction metrics, and building high-performing teams.

Originally from Bokaro, Jharkhand, Kanchan’s early aspiration to serve the nation instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and purpose, values he now brings to hospitality leadership. Outside work, he enjoys long rides on his bike, spending time with his family and exploring spiritually significant destinations, cherishing meaningful time and shared journeys.
