    Udaipur Marriott Hotel has announced the unveiling of Ayana, its newest rooftop dining destination, offering a transcendent culinary journey above the shimmering lakes and Aravalli Hills

    True to its name, which means “the path,” Ayana invites guests on a carefully curated experience that begins the moment they step into its serene poolside ambience and culminates in the indulgent final spoonful of dessert. The restaurant’s design blends contemporary Indian aesthetics with natural materials, oversized cushions, glowing lanterns, and curated world music, creating an atmosphere that is at once vibrant and serene. At the same time, the panoramic rooftop views of Udaipur’s lakes and hills add a magical dimension to every visit.

    Ayana’s menu celebrates India’s royal culinary legacy, drawing inspiration from the Northwest Frontier and the regal kitchens of Rajasthan.
