With an illustrious 21-year career in the hospitality industry, Mohit brings a deep understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest experience enhancement.
An alumnus of IHM Bengaluru, Mohit Khanna began his journey as a Management Trainee at Mahindra Resorts. Over the years, he has held key leadership positions at renowned hospitality brands, including InterContinental The Grand New Delhi, The Taj Palace Hotel New Delhi, Langham Hotels, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, The Lalit New Delhi, and The Louvre Hotels. Prior to joining Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar, he served as Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) at The Pride Plaza Aerocity, New Delhi, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing operations and elevating service standards.
A dynamic leader known for his strategic vision and people-centric leadership style, Mohit is passionate about fostering high-performance teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
