Traveling is great…that is, unless your flight’s delayed, your gate changes multiple times, your suitcase ends up in a different destination, the list goes on.
In the viral video, the pilot starts explaining the situation, “She said that they are fully boarded up and that they’re just loading the last bags. And she said that it should be another 10 minutes. And then I responded, ‘Well, that was 10 minutes ago.’ And she says, ‘Well, oh, they only have six people working.'”
In another snippet, the pilot shares how the passengers can help prevent these things from happening. “The only way, if you guys travel here a lot, the only way for them to change things is for you guys to complain. Because coming from me, it doesn’t matter…but you didn’t hear that from me,” he said.
He goes on to later say, “Okay, I honestly can’t say how much longer this is going to be. You have no idea how much I want to get to the hotel room. So believe me, I’m trying to do everything I can. I did ask air traffic control if this is common here, and he goes, ‘Well, it’s not uncommon.’ So take it as you will. Should be moving in another five minutes…”

But, in the moment, he was very irritated (as he should be):
