However, it was during his tenure at Sofitel Luxury Hotels Mumbai BKC where Sagar truly made his mark, spending nearly 7 years honing his skills and achieving remarkable milestones. Sagar’s leadership was instrumental in earning prestigious awards and accolades, solidifying Sofitel Mumbai’s reputation as a leading luxury destination. Sagar led numerous initiatives that significantly enhanced guest satisfaction and revenue generation for Sofitel Mumbai.
Sagar’s extensive experience extends beyond Sofitel Mumbai to include notable contributions to Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore, The Park Mumbai, Juhu, Novotel Hotels & Resorts Pune, Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, The Westin Mumbai Garden City, and Renaissance Mumbai Hotel and Convention Centre, where he began his remarkable hospitality journey in 2008.

He excels in hiring, training, and ensuring the proficiency of employees in F&B service divisions. Sagar has initiated successful guest recognition programs, introduced incentives, and optimized maximum guest recognition across all outlets. His collaboration with finance departments to control profit and loss outcomes showcases his financial acumen. Directly responsible for F&B marketing, Sagar seamlessly collaborates with marketing teams to execute effective promotional campaigns, earning numerous prestigious awards for the properties under his guidance.
